Ingredients
- ½ cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup butter
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 Tbsp. milk
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ½ tsp. baking soda
- ½ tsp. double-acting baking powder
- ½ tsp. salt
- ½ cup rolled oats
- ½ cup Coach’s Oats®
- 1 cup coconut
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Cream together butter and sugars.
- Beat in egg, vanilla and milk and mix until smooth.
- In separate bowl sift together flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
- Add the dry ingredients with the wet.
- Once all are combined and smooth, add oats and coconut.
- Beat mixture well.
- Drop tablespoon scoops of cookies 2 inches apart on well-greased cookie sheet.

- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
