Main Ingredients
- ½ cup Coach's Oats®
- ½ cup coconut milk
- 1, 5.3oz container nonfat Greek yogurt
- ¾ cups chopped fruit (fresh or frozen)
- Mango, pineapple strawberry, banana
Optional Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- Toasted coconut
- Chia seeds
- Cashews
- Kiwi
Instructions
- Stir main ingredients and let sit overnight in refrigerator
- For best results, let oats sit at least 6 hours
- Stir oats again and add optional ingredients for added flavor and texture
- Enjoy!
