No Bake Energy Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Coach’s Oats®
  • ¼ cup dark chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup raisins
  • 1 Tbsp. ground flaxseed
  • ½ tsp. cinnamon
  • ½ cup almond butter
  • 1/3 cup honey (or pure maple syrup)
  • ¾ tsp. pure vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Prepare cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, stir together the dry ingredients.
  3. Add almond butter, syrup or honey and vanilla extract. Mix thoroughly.
  4. Roll mixture into small 1-inch balls. Place balls on cookie sheet.
  5. Chill for at least 4 hours to allow bites to set up.
  6. Store in a container with lid and keep refrigerated until ready to eat.
