Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
 - ¾ cup sugar
 - ¾ cup brown sugar
 - 2 eggs
 - 1 tsp vanilla
 - ½ tsp nutmeg
 - ½ tsp cinnamon
 - 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
 - ½ cup Coach’s Oats®
 - 1 tsp salt
 - 1 tsp baking soda
 - ¾ cup chocolate chips
 - ¼ cup chopped pecans
 
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°.
 - Cream together butter and sugars.
 - Add eggs, vanilla, nutmeg and cinnamon to butter and combine.
 - In a separate bowl combine flour, oats, salt and baking soda.
 - Add dry ingredients to wet and mix well.
 - Fold in chocolate chips and pecans.
 - Spoon dough onto prepared cookie sheet.
 - Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until edges are golden.
